Reskinning CVP Coach

I want to reskin the CVP Coach (red) into the green colors of the Riverside, Waterton & Atlantic. Specifically, I want it to match the colors of Michael Stephan's RWA Doodlebug. I know how to recolor the upper solid color, but I don't want to lose the texture details of the bottom half. I've attached BMP and PSP files if anyone is willing to help.
