Blank scenarios show up on Sherman Hill

So, I was in TS-Tools looking to make some edits in Sherman Hill and I ended up coming across this

It shows me 7 "blank" scenarios that really had me confused. When I tried to edit it to look and see who the author was, since these don't show up in-game via the edit tab, I got

After checking the Core folder and not finding anything labeled "5" I went back in and went to edit which got me this:

Completely blank and I have no idea who "SHF" is author wise, nor do I know how to look via steam for the file that these are attached to. My only guess is that I delete the file folders here and then hope that the game re-installs them from the workshop since I have no idea what the names are.
Anyone got any advice on how I can figure out which scenarios these are?

Did some deeper digging and found SHF the author , and all the scenarios that show up blank are his, though when they show up in my list as if they're normal.

Fully drivable and everything, they just show up on TS-Tools as blanks and don't show up in LocoSwap at all. I guess I need to delete and re-install from the workshop?
