Did you do all this?
TS-Tools can change files in the Program Files or Program Files (x86) folder on your PC, so must be
installed and run with Administrators rights.
1. Right click the installation program and select ‘Run as Administrator’ when first installing the
program.
2. Right click ‘TS-Tools.exe’ once installed and select Properties/Compatability and tick the box to
‘Always run program as administrator’ then it will always run as administrator and no further action
is required.

Buzz,
Sure did. Remember I have been using TS-Tools since its availability and I have done lots of repaint projects which requires TS-Tools. What I can’t figure out is it a Windows problem or TS-Utilities? If so where?

By the way could it be related to sers.exe?

Suggest you just go search "error 75 in TSTools" in your search engine. Bunches of suggestions about how to fix it.

Error #75 in TS Tools typically indicates a "Path/File access error," which means the program is having trouble accessing a specific file or directory. This can happen if the file is missing, the path is incorrect, or there are permission issues

I've got mine running under admin rights and I still run into errors trying to unpack an ap file. But I can live with that given the time it saves me with repaints. I feel your pain not having it.
