Western Maryland BL2 Loco Add-On

Hi all,
Just a check to see if I'm the only one with these problems. Bought and had Steam install the above DLC. But on trying the DLC out to-day, using the included scenario ( 01 Hagerstown Denizens) for the CSX Hanover Subdivision, found the following, which I consider to be faults. Complete silence, i.e no engine sounds (in either the cab view or any external view), Textures missing, 3 on the external view of the loco on the side of the nose cowling and one on the upper valance at the rear end side view. The keyboard shortcut keys are inoperative and in my case the mouse cursor operations using the F4 HUD seem to be dodgy. Have uninstalled and re-installed this DLC using the Steam library functions, but no improvement occured.

Hi all,
now really confused. Started up my Win10 m/c - let Steam update Train Sim - in the region of 1.5Gb download. Checked the DTM Asset folder in Railworks and found an installation of an EMD BL2-WM folder. Initiated railworks start up,loaded CSX Hanover Div Route - scenario 01 Hagerstown Denizens. Checked the outside apperance of the loco -no textures missing - checked inside the cab keyboard inputs working. So all appears to be working on this installation.
So with that in mind copied the EMD BL2-WM folder from the Win10 version and then removed the same folder from the Win7 m/c replacing it with the copied working version. But on rebooting Railworks on the Win7 found that the problems as described in the first post are still present.
My head hurts no idea as to how to solve this one.
