I just noticed after right-click both folders in Properties that show me in Read-only (Only applies to files in folder) . Are those files suppose to be Read-only or not? I see that the black box fill in between Attributes and Read-only (Only applies to files in folder). I believe that this should not have the files in Read-only. If it is then what should I do to apply to both folders to change the box in white with no black fill in.
Thank you,

This has misled many a windows user.
The short answer is, that black square is normal and what you expect to see.
Longer answer:
The black square in the box does not indicate that the files are readonly.
Instead, this checkbox tells Windows what function you want to occur when you click the 'Apply' button at the bottom of the form.
If you put a check mark in the box, it will apply 'readonly' to the files in the folder ( but you don't want to do this ).
If you clear the box, it will remove 'readonly' from the files in the folder.
The black square means, 'do nothing', no operation. Leave the files as they are.
