That is not what is stated nor inferred. There are several "official scenarios that have scenarios utilizing turn tables. There are at least two scenarios where the turntable is utilized in a scenario and they are listed in comments below. (scroll down to view). There are a few more however I can not remember them or what I had for breakfast.
