Smokebox Upgrades to FEF-3

From Mike's post on Facebook "Having run out of things to do on the Big Boy, I've started on some updates for the Union Pacific FEF-3. I'll begin with improved sounds, including the chuffs which will benefit from a technique I applied on the Big Boy." More fine tuning,
