Peace River

Unread postby JohnT » Mon Nov 16, 2020 10:13 pm

Hi Folks,
Just trying the career scenario "Peaceful Morning Part1". But it seems it doesn't matter where I stop the consist at the first drop off. It will not recognise I'm at the drop off location, and hence give me a tick and allow me to press onwards. Is this a known quirk or just me screwing up somehow?

I tried the scenario, and was able to complete the task. I just made sure to have the entire cut of 10 cars over the siding marker, and then tied them down with handbrakes before cutting them off.

Thanks,
guess I'll have to give it another go. But as it's only the last cars that are to be removed, sure I made a point of making sure they were in the boundry of the siding.

M-m-m-m-m-m,
might have been a good idea, to be in the right siding. Concentrating that much on getting all the wagons in place, forgot to check which place I was putting them, DOH.

Thanks for confirming the fault lay with me.

I remember (now) doing the same thing! This was when it first came out so I plead old age and memory loss (your honor).

I've a good memory for whatever I can remember!
If you wait for perfection you will never do anything but it doesn’t stop you wanting it.
Age doesn’t stop you, it just slows you down.
If you only learn one thing in life - learn to think how your actions and words affect others BEFORE doing or saying.
