Video not showing

Okay, not sure how to explain this but I will give it a shot.

My display went out this morning, it was one of the LG wide screen monitors. When I hooked up another monitor that I had which only has a resolution of 1920 x 1080 when I start TS2020 I get sound but I don't get video on the screen. I think I need to reset my video settings but I can't find where I would do that without going into TS settings.

What am I missing (other than the other monitor)?

Your help is definitely appreciated.

Player Profiles BIN

You may have corrupted your Monitor Resolution Settings or Have different resolution settings in MS Windows NATIVE/default resolution settings to those in TS 2020. LCD Monitors work best at their NATIVE resolution. Find yours from the manufacturer of your monitor.

Close TS and Steam and navigate to
\STEAM\steamapps\common\RailWorks\Content and delete/rename the playerprofiles.bin file. Restart Steam and then TS 2020 allowing the latter to rebuild the graphics/monitor settings file. If this works and TS 2020 opens, then reset your graphics/monitor settings within TS 2020. Keep the resolution in TS2020 the same as the default windows setting.

Native Resolution.
Find your Native Resolution in Windows 10: Open Screen Resolution by clicking the Start button The Start button, clicking Control Panel, and then, under Appearance and Personalization, clicking Adjust screen resolution.
Click the drop-down list next to Resolution. Check for the resolution marked (recommended). This is your LCD monitor's native resolution—usually the highest resolution your monitor can support.

Has something gone wrong in your set up multiple display settings in your Nvidia Control Panel?

Awesome, thanks! deleting the playeroptions.bin fixed it.
