Before I get into really making scenarios, I was wondering if there is a way to take an existing scenario, and just change the locomotives being used.

For Instance, if I wanted to change the primary locomotive the user uses from an F7 to a steam engine, would that be possible?

And I was also wondering, I cloned a scenario but it won't let me delete it, how can I get rid of it?

I know you can use RW_Tools to change a locomotive in a scenario, it's also the easiest way.

Can't delete scenarios in-game. Have to use the Scenario Editor on the route selection screen.
