Need Some Help

I'm having an issue with my Columbia Valley Pacific scenarios that I haven't seen before. When I couple to my first consist (front or back), TSC Does not acknowledge that the task has been completed. For my enjoyment, I've been following the work order and completing the scenarios, not concerned with the scoring. However, I would really like to correct this issue.

None of my scenarios for other routes have had this problem. I would appreciate some of you downloading my scenarios and "dissecting" them to see if you can help resolve the issue. Otherwise, my advice is to follow the work order and enjoy.
