Hi, I'm looking for that pack but can't find it anywhere. I need it for creation of new scenarios with the LV F7 repaint from Buzz456. In fact I want to know who is the maker of the LV pack in the scenario editor. Thanks!

OK I found it, It was a LV freight pack from TAD. Fortunately I still have that precious DLC in my huge collection of Rolling stock. Now, scenario creating time!
