Unable to Pass Blockage

Hello everyone,

So I set up a test scenario to see if there was any issue with track I was having. I was able to sort out some track stuff but I'm still running into an issue. I have an area of track when I have 2 Gauntlet tracks set up (one track for passenger and the other for freight). When I have trains automatically set a route they avoid the track even though it's open and the switches are set for them. It also won't let me use the destinations as a waypoint. This is only happening if the train is set as a freight train (which it is). If I have it set as "Special" it routes with no issues. Any idea as to what I'm doing wrong or do you think it's the way the track is set up. I have it set for all Tracks to allow direction in both directions, both Freight and passenger allowed, no electrification on any track, standard ballast, and no collisions. Also, I have the same speed limits on all tracks in that area of 60/40 MPH.

Any clues?

Ken

Update: Found the issue... It was some of the track set up that was causing the issue. I was able to get all kinds of trains through the section.

I end up asking this question a lot.

Please add more information on what you found wrong and how you corrected it so that others in the forum can learn from your experience.
