LuaCreator update

Hi all,

I updated my toolkit for scenario authors, LuaCreator now is beta, version 0.4.

Main features:
- Overview and details of routes and scenarios
- No need to unpack .ap files to view their content
- Scenario details view, including rolling stock list and missing stock (also for stok in .ap files)
- LUA tools for scenario scripts

Major new feature is that you can create scripted message forms without programming, including stored messages.
Unfortunately, I did not get the stock replacement tool working yet. For mysterious reasons the xml files are not recognized by TS yet.

Beta 0.5 will come soon. It will have one important feature: a testdriver that makes it possible to test LUA scenario scripts without running TS.

Thanks. A short update. I finally found the issue with my attempts to change rolling stock. DTG is not compliant with the XML standards and they do not support the encoding the tools I use create. I have a workaround now, so I can continue the functional tests. I also managed to complete a first version of the test toll for scenario scripts. Both will be available for the community soon!
