How to move camera at beginning of scenarios/custom text box

I thought this was limited to RSC scenarios until I began seeing this feature in the workshop. How does one go about automaticy allmoving the camera around the engine at the beginning of a scenario? Also how do you customize the text boxes to be smaller/bigger; fit the text better? Thanks
