Thanks to forum member ATSFAN, I now know how to apply the rolling start option to a scenario, but I'd like to try running a scenario that begins with the player train rolling. So far, I haven't encountered any; so I'd appreciate knowing whether any such scenarios exist and where to find them (please supply route and scenario names or Steam Workshop scenario title).

Not sure about Workshop scenarios, but the Metrolink F59PH Pack (https://store.steampowered.com/app/2777 ... oco_AddOn/) comes with a rolling start scenario.
