Need Excel Formula to Randomly assign one of four values to a cell

I need help in creating an Excel formula that will randomly assign one of four specific values to a cell. The four values are Box, Tank, Gondola, and Flat. This is designed to populate a Team Track in a simple Switchlist Generator utility. I've been able to customize several functions to help create realistic switching operations, but this one has me "beat."
