Setting Destnation Marker Size

Unread postby gkbaldwin » Tue Dec 16, 2014 7:27 pm

Hi all;

I have a question regarding adding a destination or siding marker to a scenario.

I can add the marker and use it, but I cannot change the default size of the marker, which is very small . I have included some snapshots.

After adding the destination marker and click a handle and move it to enlarge the marker area it works fine, but when I release the handle it snaps back to the default size. I have never gotten this to work, but haven't been able to find anyone else having the problem. So I am assuming that it is something I am doing or not doing causing the problem.

Confused, Gerry !*don-know!*

You got something amiss as there should be 3 post sticking up. The middle ones usually yellow is missing. It is also the one you double click to name it. No clue what your problem could be, never saw that happen in my 3000 hours.

Thanks Bob, for the reply.

So the marker itself is bad then. I am getting it from the right spot am I not? I also, am doing this within the Scenario? So I guess I need to find out where the marker are located as these must be bad. I have never gotten them with the middle marker??? !*hp*!

This is on an older route (Bay of Quinte) and I am assuming that this is where the problem lies. Does anyone know where the scenario markers are located?

Gerry

Edit: Problem solved! Turns out to be a corruption problem. After doing a verify (Twice before resolved) on local files it is now working correctly.
