Create Scenario with Hitachi Super Express

Hi! First of all, sorry for my bad english.

I'm playing with TS 2012 (Railworks 3) and i have a little issue. I want to make a brand new route, and scenario for the Hitachi Super Express. I know the basics, but i dont figure out, whick track and layout need to Hitachi. When i try to make a new route with TestTrak layout the HSE doesn't appear, i tried all the possible tracks.

Even if i make a new scenario IN the TestTrak, HSE was disabled. The only way i was success, if i edited the default standard scenario in the testrak with new tracks (i used oxford conc clean), and this was the only one scenario who HSE is avaible, but it's not the same, deleting, editing tracks, etc...

Please somebody help me :)

I am assuming the HSE is an electric train. So a catanary line has to be laid with the track. I never worked with electric routes before so I cannothelp any further. Except to say you should connect to Steam and update to TS 2014 and in September update to TS 2015, it is free.
