Victorville Loader 1 and Victorville Unloader 1 not showing in list

I'm attempting to create my first scenario thanks to the tutorials in the library. I want to make scenarios using the interactive industries since there is a lack of them in the Steam Workshop. I got the first few steps done ok, but when I try to set the path to the coal loader in the dropdown list, it's not there(Attachment). The loader and unloader should be under Thorn Diesel. What's up with this, they show up in the 2D Map?

Transfer points only show up in the list if they are within the limits of a siding.
In the scenario editor, go to Track Infrastructure (the semaphore icon) -> Marker - Siding, and place a siding marker that spans the transfer point "Victorville Loader 1". Name the siding anything you like (X1, or Victorville loading).
After that you should be able to select the select the "Victorville Loader 1 @ X1" from the drop down list.
