As was noticed above, static consist 'warnings' just indicate that there are consists not attached to a train within the same signal block as another train. For the most part, these will not actually disrupt your scenario, or even affect a train at all. The upside down 'yield' symbol is just a warning, not an indication of a broken scenario.
Any tracks that are not separated by signals from adjacent tracks in this game effectively become part of the same signal block. As almost all yards operate as 'yard limit' controls in reality, having signals separating each track would be unrealistic. Alternatives used by enterprising route developers are either buried signals, or signal blockers, which act to isolate a track segment from the rest of the signal block. (look to the Wenatchee Appleyard in Stevens Pass for an example)
