He means run a Free Roam scenario on the route, and he also means freely roaming the route, as there is no ending condition to the scenario.
Different people have different command of the English language. This is why I want to rewrite and improve theskipper98's instructions. I figure if I have problems understanding them, I'm probably not alone. With the text and material he provided this will be easy.His technique is actually easier to do than to explain.
