Cannot purchase anything on Steam

Hi, Just wondering if this is a local issue or world wide, so to speak.Having extreme difficulty in completing a purchase of two sales items on the Steam Store.More details available on https://steamcommunity.com/discussions/ ... 857285536/
Steam not saying a word of explanation or when they intend to rectify the situation.Meantime the clock on the sales deadline steadily ticking down.

They periodically have outages. It's just how it is when you're the biggest digital game store ever made. Usually goes away within a few hours. I didn't notice anything but I also haven't bought anything lately. If the problem keeps persisting for you after a day or 2 I would try to get a hold of their customer support.

Hi all,
Well folks - good news. Tonight with just 4hrs left in which to retry my saved carts. I have great pleasure including a large sigh of relief. In reporting my DLC of three locos has just gone through and the articles show in my library as being installed. So folks hope you all have the same experience.Oh and by the way that's using PayPal.
