Score on some scenarios

I do have a question to ask here and it's about the point score for some of the scenarios. My question is " Can I turn off the points running " in scenario that I run on my program of Train Simulator 2019. I don't see a reason for the points because I had a freight train running just a bit over 2 miles than the speed posted along the tracks and the point is counting minus till you get back in the right speed. There's no way to get the train running all along with the same speed -- that's a joke with this. That is why I am asking to see if can remove this in RW_Tools or turn off in the program of Train Simulator 2019. Oh the other thing is about wheel slip and if get wheel slip showing and get your points running minus. The reason why I said about the points is a joke! Because I did have my train ride with my cousin who is a locomotive engineer for one railway and he's retired now. Anyway I remember with him for a intermodal train ride and he did run the train with over 2 mph than the speed posted along. I asked him about this and he said with over 2 mph will not get a penalty for this. If over 10 or more mph he will be getting trouble and will have to see Trainmaster or other officials about this.
