Train Simulator 19 Update. 22 July 2019.

Today we are bringing an update to the PRR DR6-4-2000 & Broadway Limited Loco Add-On and the Springfield Line: Springfield – New Haven Route Add-On.

PRR DR6-4-2000 & Broadway Limited Loco:
Fixed an issue whereby the cab light textures were missing.
Update size: 53 MB

Springfield Line: Springfield - New Haven Route:
Fixed an issue preventing players from launching the route in 64bit.
Update size: 30 MB

Why did the Springfield update take so long?

I do not see any plausible reason for DTG dragging their feet. There should be a coupler fix for the SD45T-2 in the works that was never released. Some missing dependency I believe.

I happen to know that in the case of the Springfield line they kicked the problem to the G-Trax guys and they had a heck of a time figuring out the problem. I don't know any details. As far as that coupler that was a real joke. We had fixes here in a few days. All someone had to do was do what we did.

Greatnortherner had a patch in October of last year. http://vnhrr.blogspot.com/ I remember some conversations that it had been submitted to DTG around that time.
