Yes, I believe it originally came along with the TS2016 upgrade

It resides in folder Assets\DTG\UPTurbinePack01

I had the Sherman Hill Route before TS2016 and it did not come with the GTEL. It didn't come with the upgrade. It was an extra that was included when one purchased TS2016 which I did just to get the GTEL. I don't know that you can get it other than buying it from the store.

Touche. I had to go to the Steam Store to see for myself but I see that the route has been updated to include the GTEL. My mistake. I make my share of them.

I did the same thing, but now that I already bought Sherman Hill, I can't buy it again, so I can't get the GTEL. I already submitted a ticket, but what else should I do?

Have you tried un-installing Sherman Hill and then re-installing to see if it loads the G Tel?

Never mind. Dovetail Games Support sent me a code to enter on my Steam account to get the UP Gas Turbine, and I got it. So I should be all set now.
