Issues with installing Train Simulator content

I have had this problem that has limited me so many times for installing reskins and sounds that involve finding the original files. For example, I am never able to find the Big boy train files that you get when you buy the dlc, it's just the big boy assets notepad that doesn't help. Can someone give me an answer, I've thought so many times and why it is happening.

Do you know how to do a search in explorer? Just go to your RailWorks Assets folder and do a search for big boy and it will come up with a whole bunch of files. Right click on one and one of the choices near the bottom is to "open file location". Do that and your there.
