I only have one question. I am trying to get the NCTD Coaster repaint to work on the San Diego Commuter Rail F59PHI set. Becuase it was created for TS2015 does that mean it will NOT work on TS2019? I have tried it and only part of the repaint works?

It should work fine in TS2019. Something else is amiss.
