Is this the same guy that was doing a coal route project a few months ago? I did several northeastern hopper reskins for that project.

It wasn't a bad experience...it just fizzled.

Looked like airing of dirty laundry, which is not particularly looked upon by admins. Take it to the PMs.

This was the Northern Anthracite Project. This project was far too big and ambitious. I also couldn't find enough model builders. The Laurel Line is much smaller in size. I still have those hoppers but the LV hopper had a numbering issue if I recall correctly.

Thanks for your response Riptrack. My concern was that we see so many big plans that seem to fizzle after time. I agree that your concept of the Laurel Line is very reachable. I'll be glad to do some boxcars and reefers if you like. If you have specific roadnames, feel free to PM me.

Before I start building tomorrow. Does anybody know of some decent over-head wooden trolley poles and wires? I need to know If I have to add overhead poles and wires to the long list of content I need to make. I don't ever recall seeing anything like that.

The Sacramento & Northern poles aren't too bad, but I believe I can do a little better. I have a set that I made but like most of my content, they are for the wrong simulator! *!rolleyes!* I suppose I can convert them.

Here is what I found. I recall this badboy had 4 lod levels. I won't need all that for the L&WV. I can get rid of the fancy insulators.

I'm finding myself trying to re-fresh my memory of the inner workings of making Railworks content. I see a few things have changed since I last made content.

What is the best blueprint to use for trolley wires & poles?

I also noticed in the Sacramento & Northern route that power poles are made differently now. What are the best blueprint to use for them?

My first downloadable item is ready. I just finished the Wilkes-Barre Station. I'm having a little moiré effect on some of the textures so I darkened the bricks that helped a little. This building also has a night lights and snow textures. The .rwp file is BDW0001 this is the new numbering system I'm giving my creations. In the world editor it will be listed as BDW0001-Wilkes-Barre Station.

Please look over the building and let me know what you think. The building is on my Download Page. Link below. Next up will be some trolley poles & wires.
