Well at least its not as bad as the East Midlands Coal Route, 25 miles at £1.00 a mile. I think DTG have dropped their guard even further, hoping the Bedford Junction Branch is OK would have been nice in the steam era as well there just isn't enough steam era routes.

Has anyone else noticed the two 'Standard' scenarios that installed with the route? A signal test....

I received a response from DTG support on the river textures missing. They told me to verify my game cache... I've told them I have done that already. Waiting for another reply.

Speak of the devil, this was their response:

"We've not had any similar reports at this time so please ensure to double-check the area in the editor to ensure the file is present."

Does anyone else want to submit a ticket? I know this is fairly easily fixable but the right way to do this is let them know they released a product with issues.

Wonder how many times now the Kuju F unit has been partially or fully recycled in a DLC package? What a joke.

This is actually the re-cycled Empire Builder model with a different top headlight.

That response is why I never put in a ticket. DTG always blames the customer, never themselves.

DTG don't listen as long as they've got your money they couldn't care less, there should be a law against the way they distribute the software and not repairing it when folk complain about it, we should be able to get a refund at any time while the product is not up to standard.

Ask for a refund then. No one is compelling you to buy. Try Trainz and see what that will cost you.

Yes, I reported the rubber band effect and told them not to respond with their stupid questions saying I have been a TS-user for 10 years. Anyway, I forgot to give them my computer specs which they asked me for so I sent them a DX diag report and also commenting that other people also have this issue. I don't know what my computer specs have to do with the issue.

Absolutely nothing. Canned response. The coupler blueprints are the issue. Ticket fulfilled. Done. Now they just need to fix those and push an update. We'll see that update either never, or in a number of months. Someone from the community will likely fix it before anything official gets acknowledged.

Please stop. You made your opinion known several posts ago.

These are the textures not included:

JL\clearcreek\scenery\procedural\textures\mudplain.TgPcDx
JL\clearcreek\scenery\procedural\textures\water_nm.TgPcDx
JL\clearcreek\scenery\procedural\textures\water2.TgPcDx
JL\clearcreek\scenery\procedural\textures\water.TgPcDx

Seems like they used Clearcreek assets and didn't include them in this route. Doing a little swapping fixes it. I hope this helps someone else too

That must be why I had them from the beginning.

Reminds me of a missing coupler issue a while back.
