19th July 2019 TS file updates.

I was browsing through my TS folders and found in the Assets, RSC folder that a lot of files had been updated on the 19th of July 2019 at about 10:00 AM time/date may be different to you guys. I was just wondering what was updated.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.
