TS18 updated by 21.5 MB to version 60.4c.
No changelog either, but I've discovered new EULA.pdf which still refer to TS 17 as the copyright date is unchanged 8th May 2017, Scaleform (the bouncing icons?) and core updates to GameManager.dll amongst others.
