Get to the end of this and cannot get the refuel pipe to activate.
The indicator says it is 9 yards away downwards (underground!).
Very frustrating after completing the other two assignments. Is it just another bug?

That means that you have passes it by 9 yards ( down represents behind). What happens if you put the "dot" on the fuel fill hose? It should not be a bug unless you "saved" the task and returned.

I have worked out that I had not got out of the cab !!!
I was using 3 the outside view instead of view 1.
When I get out of the cab the 9 yds becomes the correct distance to the pump from the cab and it works

No need to be embarrassed, in the turntable scenario, I kept forgetting to stand up before trying to exit the operator's hut.

Yes - I have done that as well !
