Any route builders planning to rebuild routes from TSC in TSW4?

Are any route builders thinking of re-creating their routes in TSW4 when it comes out? Has anyone heard of any limitations? I'm debating on re-creating my TSC route in TSW4 as well as finishing it out in TSC. (We know we'd love to see @minerman146's Bergen in TSW4 )
