You will have to create the .dcsv file from your .csv file using RW_Tools or the Blueprint option in RailWorks. You should end up with a .bin, .dcsv and .xml file when using the RailWorks option.

A tile is approx 1024 meters = .636 miles. When you created your terrain from ReDem by selecting the number of range tiles ( step 3 ) this will give you the number of tiles from your marker point......Selecting 1 will give you an additional 1 tile to the east, west, north and south of the tile that contains the marker.
