NARW Updates

Unread postby CSX2057 » Mon Jul 01, 2013 3:27 am

Just wanna give you guys the updates on whats going on with the "route" I'm working on. Major changes had to be done.

Yard:
The Yard had to many tracks and the speed was 60mph so I didn't change to 30mph for the yard so I had to reduce the tracks and redo the tracks to a max speed.

Sceneries:
After I installed everything to my new pc, railworks went haywire....got that fixed now. The worst part cars were missing at the walmart parking lot. Think the RSC tow trucks took them all. !*don-know!* !*roll-laugh*!. Now replaced with Rcap cars, got no other choice.. Last but not least the Texaco Gas station was gone, think it went out of business because of Rcap Chevron gas price LOL.

Spill the beans already!!!!! !!det!!
Okay forget being a politician, now I will reveal the secret. I made a Chevron gas station into truck stop. You heard me CLEAN YOUR EARS!!! I'll say it again I made a Chevron gas station into truck stop. Using Jpeters Semi's and boy do they look great! I was going to say for beta testers but you know they can't keep a secret. !!howdy!!

That's all folks!

GREAT NEWS!!!! MY ROUTE IS FINISHED!

Now I can rest....finally. Image I might upload the beta test for this route today or tommorrow, so I'm not sure if anything goes wrong with this route so I'm gonna give it 3 weeks for beta and if everything works great....I will make it official release. Should be ready by the end of this Month.

Before you upload it, you need to get a friend to beta test it. make sure someone else can install it before you give it to the public.

Would love to see some pictures of how the route looks now, such as how the truck stop is looking.

Also, did you try to repaint any of the trucks.

No, I had alot of work I had to do for this route and stuff at home. I wasn't really that interested in repainting, but I may try it out in a later time. There won't be anymore pictures, everyone will get a sneak preview of this route from youtube on facebook and here !!det!!. I also signed you up for the beta so you're already in the list. !!*ok*!!.

The truck stop is fabulous!! and your buildings!! I recorded the ride on daytime and moved around at night just to give you the glimpse of this route. That was a heck of a job!

I can say that I installed the route and it installs fine and it runs fine, the only thing is I still think the city is too small and that it could use some streets and traffic like New York City. But the route runs fine and I haven't had any problems.

Excellent! Although I can't put the tall buildings to close together. They'll light up each other at night.

On 2nd Thought Let me back up my route and then I shall try it to make it a NYC Close as possible. It's not going to be easy but it's worth a shot. There won't be any cars inside just people walking around.

I just don't wanna put to many new threads about my route I'm gonna continue from here. I'm checking back now for minor fixes on the route and readme. Umm Got a question about the shop, I just add it another one because I have more locos now, no need for rolling stocks cause you put it anywhere. I'm sure I'm buying more I just like to keep it inside.

So how you guys want me to do it, Side by Side? or One in front of the other? Like this picture below.

I'm confused. Are you adding structures to your route because you personnally have more engines?

Well how about not uploading it again until you are completely done. Let me know when you are done with it and then upload the final route. I am not going to update it for you every day or two. Not to mention all the people downloading it will be totally confused as to what is going on.

Ok. There are more I need to complete in a later time. Might take a few months, 'll let everyone know when this route is ready. Thanks again.

Edit:
Papaexpress How's that Rcap V3 coming along?

I am waiting for v2 to get released. Personally I am working on VRC models, so my involvement with v3 will be minimal (maybe half a dozen models).
