Looking for asset

A friend of mine sent a beta version of his route. According to RW Tools, it's missing an asset by jpetersjr called "downtown shack 5.bin." I can't find this asset anywhere. Can someone direct me?

My downtown shacks are found here at RWA in my Classic Houses MegaPack set.

I replaced the original model with a newer model, but the new model uses the same exact name in the same exact place so it will correct this problem.

..P.S, write me if they still don't show up, sorry it took me so long to respond but I just now found the post. It would have been easier to have just sent me a message, that way I could have addressed this a ton sooner.
