Okay when I select the Track Icon I saw a Tunnel Portal with the wall, My question is it had a track on it with the tunnel so do U have to join? The track together weld the tracks with the tunnel?

Try reformatting your question - I'm having a tough time following what you're after.

Okay I added track to a route I am making that is the easy part. In the list of tracks I saw SP Tunnel I clicked onto that added it to my route. But the tunnel had track inside that tunnel. so I assume I have to weld the track tunnel to my mainline track I had added to my route.

There are two ways you can use the tunnel track: 1) lay regular track throughout, and then with the select tool mark out the section where the tunnel would be, then choose the tunnel track from the right flyout menu; or 2) lay regular track up to where the portal is to start, then select the tunnel track and continue until you reach the end where the 2nd portal should be, and finally, select regular track and continue on.
