By the way, I have an ambitious personality, but I don't wanna give up on this one. It's my personal goal

Don't start straight away with your big project.
Start with a small throw-away route project, which will get you acquainted with the tools, problems, pitfalls and oddities of the route-making process. All kinds of good, bad and amusing things will happen to you during that project: the RW world editor will mangle your route, your track will disappear, RW will crash, you will make bad design choices, your backups will fail. But you won't care because it's throw-away work, you have not invested hundreds of hours, and you're learning.
After you go through that, then you should start your big project and it will seem easy.

One of the main challenges designing the CSX Miami sub route would be the layout of I-95 and its dozens of complex overpasses. Almost the entire route runs parallel to I-95.
I vote for the CSX if you're feeling that ambitious!
