Downloading terrain with the New USGS

Unread postby Coaltrain1 » Thu Sep 27, 2012 6:40 am

Well i am at a loss i have spent the last day or so trying to download the terrain to begin my new route. The old viewer was so much easier, Anyone mastered the new viewer that would care to share some information on how to get the files downloaded. I know with the old viewer you could drag a box around the whole area you were trying to download, I guess this feature is no longer available. Any help would be greatly appricated.

That option is available. Just draw a rectangle from the annotation bar besides the standard and advanced bar. Then click on the download data button and double click on your poly to download your area. Use this thread for further informations and reports: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=6151&start=30 *!!wink!!*
