Invisible Terrain painting texture text

Unread postby kellykey » Tue Apr 20, 2010 1:57 pm

Hi all, first post . Has anyone seen this problem in the Fort Kent to Eagle Lake add-on. In the Editor the texture section with terrain textures has invisible text. Only the miscellaneous group is accessible but the text is invisible there also but at least when I click in the blank area, it will select a texture except I don't know what it is till I paint terrain and see it. How can I get that area to display texture text? TIA for any help or advice. So far on the Steam forum I've gotten no responses to this question...I hope someone knows whats wrong.

It's a bug, IMO, in Railworks that causes what you're seeing. In all actuality the invisible nature of the text was meant to not even be selectable.

Yep could very well be. If I get a chance Ill clone another route to see if the texture text is invisible there too. Ill post back here when I get results. Maybe its related to cloning through RWtools. ..Longshot tho as I probably would have gotten a response to that effect already. Its quite annoying to not be able to see what your selecting each time you need a new texture...

Ah no. You're misunderstanding. I selected the terrain textures to not be viewable, but they're still showing. That they're blank is a whole other issue but the list shouldn't be showing up at all. That's the bug. Nothing you're doing wrong. - Rich
