Looking for BILxSRTM Program

Hi All!

I am attempting to build a route using a tutorial of this forum, but I cannot find one of the required programs. I am looking for a working link to obtain a program called BILxSRTM, but so far I have not be able to obtain it from a legitimate or working source. Does anyone know where I can legitimately obtain the program?
