So far just track and decals. Just sharing my progress on the route. Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Museum currently is the location.

Lol! I just need to find a way to delete or make better turnouts without the buffers halfway thru. The switch moves perfectly, but the buffers wont let a train thru.

That looks strange. Not exactly sure what to make of it but the key to a good turnout is to cut both the main track and the diverging track just past the frogs and weld them back together again.

Always happy to see B&O routes. Would love to see the Parkersburg-Grafton line. Or the Cinci-Parkersburg line,since I am a stones throw from the end of track of it. My wife was in Baltimore for a convention last week. Almost came along to see the B&O museum.

Why use the UK trackrule? Why not Scalerail?

Didnt have Scalerail when I started creating the route.

You can edit the trackrule to replace the track with another type using RWTools.

I would say the freeware version of ScaleRrail along with Scale Roads and the scenery objects are must haves,if you have not got them yet. All the track rule stuff is a bit confusing to a new user,so dont get to frustrated because of track-laying.

I will get the Freeware scalerail. What is scaleroads?

If you are really serious about creating a route, I suggest the payware versions of Scalerail and Scaleroads. You can use the free versions of course. But the paid versions are so much better. And get the urban landscapes. 3D Trains is really great. I love Marc's F7 Santa Fe Warbonnet's. One of my favorite American diesels.

Where do you get the Urban Landscapes?
Also I need stone briges similar to the following pictures, They are the Carrollton Viaduct and the Thomas Viaduct. Since the carrollton viaduct is just past the museums end of track. I would like a model at least so i can add it before I continue track past it.

The bridge is 612 feet long, with eight spans measuring roughly 58 feet. Its maximum width is 26' - 4".

I believe so. On the Carrollton viaduct there is a smaller single arch for bikes, people, and such. I believe its about 1 automobile lane wide. Its on the northeast side.
Think of "Length of span" as distance between uprights or banks.

Currently 1/2 Mile of rail at Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Museum. Speed Limit is 10mph, due to hard switches made for short train cars.
