help/track spacing problem

Guys ,

I got a miss match on a mult track , that I was trying to lay to learn RW3

How do you set the spacing on the tracks , see photo

I believe it is this line in the TrackRules blueprint:

<ParallelDistance d:type="sFloat32" d:alt_encoding="000000C0CCCC1040" d:precision="string">4.2</ParallelDistance>

I couldn't find the TrackRules blueprint folder . there must be easier way of setting the spacing between tracks.
