Problem with Montour Route

I've downloaded and installed the Montour route twice and have received the same error message both times, "not a serialized binary file." The error occurs as the route is loading. I searched this forum and the other forum and couldn't find any other mention of this issue. I've checked the route with RW Tools and it show no missing files. Has anyone else had this error and if so, what did you do to correct it?

Hi Harry,
I'm not sure what that problem could be, but just wanted to double check and make sure you've installed all of the add-on's listed in the readme.txt file?
