Problem with assets disappearing???

Today I started my new route set in 1935.

Seems like everytime I place a asset it wants to disappear and I have to go back, delete it, and then try to place another only to have it do the same thing again.

If this keeps happening I'm going to have a real hard time at building anything.

Does anyone know how to stop this problem so that when you place a asset of any kind if doesn't disappear as soon as you leave the editor?

Jonathan: When you place an asset, double-click on it and the right side flyout will appear. There is a place about halfway down where you can adjust the "detail level". I set all of mine on 10. Also, when you are in editor mode, on the left bottom flyout, there is a slider to adjust detail as well. I set this on 10 as well.

been busy, building all kinds of assets and starting on a route.

Leave it to be known, probably will be progress on route once in a while, but not often since I still have other assets to build.
