Signal aspect and track spped

Hi! I have a cloned version of NEC, where the track properties indicate that the track speeds are 40P and 40F, but about 1.5 miles of track is limited to 15MPH by the aspect of a signal. As there is no AI traffic running to warrant this, is there anyway this situation can be changed? Cheers; Chuck F.

Signals can have speeds set for certain links/paths. Double-click the signal to bring up the properties panel on the right side of the screen. You might find a "15" in one of the speed fields.
