Abandoned or slightly used spur track

Need some guidance from the route builders out there. I'm looking for abandoned or slightly used track for industrials spurs and abandoned track segments. I would like something similar to below, but in a heavier rail weight and from a payware route available on Steam. This will be used on a proof-of-concept workshop route for Steam... assuming I can make the other pieces work. The below track is from the Sacramento Northern route (60lb rail), and while it could work, the rest of the assets are in a early time period than what my route is based on. And if I can avoid having a payware requirement just for some lightly utilized track, I'd prefer that.

I've gone through a number of recent Steam routes in my library, and haven't found track similar to the below. Stevens Pass does have an abandoned track spline, but it's really a road type of spline and does not connect to track. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!

Take a look at GreatNotherners track stuff particularly his tram track assets. He has a bunch of stuff there that might work for you.
