Open Call for Collaborative Developers

Hello all. So I am building the NorthWestern Pacific Railroad from Schelville to Willits, CA (plus the Petaluma and Santa Rosa via Sebastopol) set in the late 1950's. I am looking for additional route builders to assist me in track laying, I can do basic track laying however I have found great difficulty in things like making switches, smoothing out grades, bridges etc. at a certain point I'll also need someone to help me with things like scenery outside of landmark structures i.e. townscapes, natural landmarks etc. I'm also looking for someone who is well versed in 3d modelling in order to create the proper Southern Pacific SD7 model with the barrel headlight.
