Green distant terrain in winter

Now that I have finished the terrainwork on my route it was time to update / create the distant terrain.

Until now I had only generated the distant terrain in summer which worked as it should. But now I would also like to add winter distant terrain, so I renamed the networks and scenery folders (without that I get black artefacts) used my distant terrain scenario, set it to winter and pressed the generate button.

But the now generated distant terrain is green. Only tiles without imported DEM are white. Everything else gets summer textures. What am I doing wrong? !*don-know!*

I still have no idea why this happens but I've found a workaround :D

I just duplicated my texturing file and replaced the summer with the winter texture. Than I could create the distant terrain in the right colors and put the original texturing file back on it's place.
